Nick Clarke
Chief Executive Officer
Nick has over 20 years executive and general management experience in companies ranging from start-ups to large corporates. He has a wealth of infrastructure experience serving communities including GM of Geothermal & Safety at Mercury, a Director at Southern Cross Cable, and as GM Wholesale & International at Spark New Zealand. He holds a BCom LLB with Hons from the University of Auckland

Steve Rieger
Chief Commercial Officer
Steve has worked in general management and senior sales and leadership roles for a number of technology organisations from start-ups to large corporates. More recently he was Wholesale Director for Vodafone NZ for the five years up to the end of 2017, and from late 2021 was the Head of Enterprise for Partner Markets with Vodafone Group.

Lisa Mulitalo
Head of External Relations and Stakeholder Engagement
Lisa has more than 20 years communications and engagement experience in both the public and private sectors. This includes strategic communications planning and implementation, media and issues management and community and stakeholder engagement. Her community engagement experience has seen her working on telecommunications, aviation, housing, rail and transport infrastructure projects.

Jo Stansfield
Chief of Capability and Operations
Jo has extensive customer transformation and operations leadership roles spanning more than 20 years with Vodafone, Auckland Transport, Kiwibank and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). This includes undertaking operating model design and transformation with extensive and complex stakeholder management. A recent career highlight was leading the market brand changes from Vodafone NZ to One NZ and delivery of a new service model for Vodafone.

Vicky Lee
General Counsel
Vicky provides strategic legal and commercial guidance and company secretarial services at Fortysouth. She has 20 years’ experience as a lawyer and has previously worked in leading law firms and also in-house in sectors as diverse as telecommunications, transport, agriculture and FMCG.

Venuri Weber
Chief Operations Officer Network
Venuri has extensive experience delivering infrastructure developments in New Zealand. Having worked in leading engineering organisations, Venuri has successfully managed the delivery of complex projects in both the public and private sector. During her 8-year tenure at H.R.L. Morrison, a global infrastructure investment management firm, she played a key role in numerous Public Private Partnerships, overseeing financing, design, construction, and maintenance of large-scale social infrastructure investments. Notably, Venuri served as the General Manager of Next Step Partners LP and Learning Infrastructure Partners LP. Venuri is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a BEng (Hons I), BCom (Finance) and MEng (Hons I) from the University of Auckland.
